Ethics, Fact Checking Policy and Corrections

Ethics Policy

All writers are referred to the Press Complaints Commission Code of Practice, and asked to always be informative, factual and impartial.

Fact Checking Policy

Our reporters must be precise with their facts, words and headlines, and we do not condone sensationalist journalism or click bait headlines.

Details matter, so our reporters must fact-check all statistics and statements to ensure correct, and reference source where possible. Reporters should conduct their own fact checking before submitting and must use their own judgment guided by the ethics policy. Editors will fact check where possible before posting and validate the sources as reputable.

Complaints and corrections

If you are unhappy with anything we have posted, we would request that you email us with details to info@fastfashionnews.co.uk with the heading clearly indicating it’s a complaint or correction and where possible provide the URL of the article.

We may ask for more details, but once the full details have been established, we will resolve any complaint brought under the Editors’ Code within 28 days.
