But to me it strikes as a company more focused on stores than online. I suspect that they haven’t even got automated reviews set up so none of the happy customers are prompted to leave the good reviews. So I think this is a marketing fault more than an indication of the brand, but the reviews complaining about quality, small sizing, returns policy, and poor customer service are still a concern. For the price point, I’d be tempted to go to Ted Baker instead.
